Office Manager for Architectural Firm

A leading international Architects are seeking an experienced Office Manager to look after their open plan busy office which has 130 employees based in beautiful landmark offices close to Liverpool Street station.
This is a fast-paced environment and would suit an experienced Office Manager who has ideally worked in a similar environment. You will need to have at least 4 years’ solid OM experience in a similar sized company to be considered for this role.
As Office Manager, your duties will include:
Managing supplier contracts and relationships to include building, cleaners and maintenance
Ordering office supplies and consumables in line with budget
Managing the First Aiders and Fire Marshals
Managing the permanent and hotdesking seating arrangements
Assisting HR with the onboarding and offboarding of staff
Managing requests for couriers
Assisting with the set up and clearing of meeting rooms
Responsible for all health & safety issues, ensuring compliance with regulations
Carrying out H&S renewals
Ensuring H&S policies and documentation are up-to-date
Liaising with the building manager on relevant issues
Being the first point-of-contact for any out of hours emergencies
You also need experience of an office move; the company has recently moved floors and you will be responsible for snagging work that is still taking place.
Hours are 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6.00pm. This is an office-based role.
Salary £40,000 to £45,000
